Ice

Today I fell on the ice.
Not once.
Not twice.
Yeah, that many times, on the ice.
Nice.

  1. Ack. We need to get you some cleaty ice-gripping shoes before you hurt yourself. Hope you're not too bruised.

Oddly, I'm posting about ice tonight too...

  2. And here I am trying to persuade the facilitator of the Mindful Knitting Retreat to add 4 more peeps to the group as I am number 4 on the wait list. I swore never to return to the Northeast in winter upon my exit oh, 19 years ago? and the retreat is in Vermont. In March. When it will be fucking cold. and icy.

Maybe I will listen to this sage advice you offer.

  7. I'm ok. A bit embarrassed, a tad sore, but ok.

I saw some of those cleaty, ice grippy attachments a few weeks ago and I passed on them-silly me.

At least I wasn't where there was ice-falling from buildings- yikes!

Be careful on the ice. Have you thought about wearing a pillow? :-)
