Well, you've got a lot on your mind... like daylilies.
ReplyDeleteHang in there, Middle Girl!
Hangin in. :-)
DeleteI love this list. #1 and #2 made me laugh!
ReplyDeleteI'll be very interested in your writing about a "typical" American.
Maybe you're holding off on Orange is the New Black until you have the time and energy to truly savour it? Like keeping chocolate or a good wine for a special occasion.
:-)
DeleteI shall be pleased to writw about it someday. When I do, I welcome your thoughts.
Perhaps. ;-)
If it makes you feel any better, I have watched OITNB but did not enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteLove the photo of the alliums!
Oh, love the night alliums and the secret daylily! So pretty. Your #1 and #2 made me laugh, too! I wonder sometimes about the fact that once upon a time I just walked and walked and had NO IDEA how many steps I'd taken. The HORROR. :) Oh, Buttah. Such a sweet face. So hard to miss a special kitty. I think one of the things about America that I love is that there, in my mind, isn't a "typical American." There are so many possibilities. I hope that never changes. Love the list!
ReplyDeleteI am still trying to figure out night shots. Easier on the phone/mobile device than camera. And easier without a dog in tow. ;-)
Delete:-)
The variety is indeed the spice and welcome.
Good post! And although all the photos are wonderful, that first one (the buildings straight up) is sheer magic. Great composition.
ReplyDeleteQuite the compliment. Thank you.
